Wheeling Fire Department
"Boat 1"
The City of Wheeling, West Virginia is located on the Ohio River below the I-70 highway
on the West Virginia and Ohio state line.

The Wheeling Fireboat is a 2005 24' Almar aluminum boat.
It is powered by a single Mercury outboard.
The boat is equipped with a 400 gpm pump.
Boat 1 is docked on the river behind Wheeling Station 5 on
Wheeling Island.
